Dan Eisenbrei Appears on Court TV

Dan Eisenbrei recently appeared live on Court TV’s “Opening Statements with Julie Grant” to discuss an extremely tragic but important case for which he is handling the appeal. The case is currently pending before the Ninth District Court of Appeals in Akron, Ohio.

Dan devotes part of his practice to complex appellate issues in both the civil and criminal arenas. This appeal involves the procedure of a criminal trial where a defendant pleads “Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity.”
