Dan represents individuals and businesses in a wide-range of legal issues, disputes, and litigation. Dan focuses his practice on every aspect of litigation from pre-suit negotiations through trial and appeals. He routinely represents plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation and the accused in criminal cases. Dan has tried several cases to verdict in courts throughout Ohio. He also maintains a robust appellate practice and has successfully advocated in many of Ohio’s appellate courts and the Supreme Court of Ohio, where he recently prevailed on behalf of a public school teacher in Jones v. Kent City Sch. Dist. Bd. of Educ., 2024-Ohio-2844.  You can learn more about that case here.        

He was named a “Rising Star” in the area of General Litigation by Ohio Super Lawyers® for 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. This distinction is reserved for only 2.5 percent of Ohio’s lawyers who are under 40 or who have been practicing 10 years or less.

Dan is a Stark County native and graduate of GlenOak High School. He resides in North Canton with his family.
