Tony has tried over forty jury trials to verdict in Ohio state and federal courts and has experience handling litigation matters involving medical malpractice, nursing home litigation, wrongful death, insurance defense litigation, insurance coverage defense, probate, estate, governmental liability, civil rights litigation, construction litigation, real estate litigation, business litigation and contract disputes. Since 2018, Tony has focused his career on medical malpractice and high risk civil litigation.

In 2025, after successfully resolving hundreds of cases for his clients as an advocate, Tony transitioned part of his practice to mediation. Drawing on decades of high-stakes litigation and negotiation experience, Tony is available to help guide parties to practical and efficient resolutions of their disputes.

Tony is a former assistant prosecuting attorney for Stark County and a former staff attorney for the U.S. Dept. of the Treasury, Ohio District Counsel, Internal Revenue Service.

Tony is active in local, state and national organizations advancing the legal profession. He served as president of Stark County Bar Association (2019-2020), and past chair of the bar association Certified Grievance Committee.  Tony is also serving his second term on the Board of Trustees for the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys.  There, Tony is the co-chair of the Update quarterly newsletter. Tony is also a member of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys, a select group of experienced civil defense trial attorneys from all over the country.

Tony lives in Stark County, Ohio, with his wife, Lisa.  They are the proud parents of six children.
