Associate Attorney Needed

Milligan Pusateri is in need of a full-time associate with at least two years of experience in litigation. The attorney will be responsible for handling all aspects of litigation. Milligan Pusateri has a team approach, and you will be supported by the firm as your skills develop. You will be involved as a team member in high-stakes litigation as part of your duties.

The job is full-time. Occasional remote work is permitted. Pay is negotiable and depends on experience. Benefits include a 401(k)-profit sharing plan, health insurance and optional vision and dental insurance. The firm does provide for paid time off.
