Milligan Pusateri Welcomes Five New Attorneys to the Firm
Milligan Pusateri is pleased to announce that attorneys Merle D. (Trace) Evans, Kimberly K. Wyss, Jack B. Cooper, Brandon O. Trent and Daniel D. Eisenbrei will be joining the firm effective October 1, 2019.

Trace Evans represents a number of insurance companies and large corporations. He was named Insurance Lawyer of the Year in Akron in 2012 and again in 2017.
Kim Wyss focuses her practice on litigation. In 2019, she was selected as one of the Top 50 Women Ohio Super Lawyers® and has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America© from 2015-2019.
Jack Cooper practices in a wide variety of areas including bankruptcy and insurance dispute litigation. He has been very active in the community, including serving as a board member of Stark County Mental Health and Addiction Recovery and Leadership Stark County.
Both Brandon Trent and Dan Eisenbrei served on the Editorial Board of the Akron Law Review. Brandon has been involved in litigation as well as family law matters. He currently serves on the Board of the Palace Theatre. Dan maintains a diverse practice representing individuals, small businesses, and political subdivisions in a wide-range of legal matters and litigation. He has been selected as a Rising Star by Ohio Super Lawyers® for 2019-2020.
