Rich Milligan to Speak at Conference

Rich Milligan has been invited to speak as a panel member at the 2014 Miller-Becker Institute Seminar. The seminar will be held at the Ohio State Bar Association on Friday, October 24, 2014.

The Miller-Becker Institute sponsors research and seminars pertaining to Professional Responsibility for lawyers and judges.

The Miller-Becker Seminar is for members of the Office of Disciplinary Counsel; members and staff of the Board of Commissioners on Grievances & Discipline; bar counsel and members of certified grievance committees and counsel who represent lawyers and judges accused of professional misconduct.

Mr. Milligan’s participation will concern the topic of aggravating and mitigating circumstances in attorney and judicial disciplinary cases
